Important Announcement Regarding System Outage:
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to students and guardians due to the large-scale system outage that occurred on October 2.
The Financial Support Office would like to provide the following information regarding:
・Tuition payments
【 Tuition Payment Procedures 】
Due to the system failure, we are currently unable to process tuition payments. Therefore, no tuition payments will be accepted during October, and we are making preparations to resume payment processing in November or later. We will provide further updates as soon as details are finalized.
• Regular Students: Payment deadline extended.
• Non-Regular Students: Payment deadline extended.
We will continue to provide updates as needed on this “Temporary Announcement Site” and other channels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you continue to check these sources for the latest information.
