このたびのシステム障害により、学生のみなさんには、授業の休講や各種システムの利用停止など、多大なご不便とご心配をおかけしております。
10月9日（金）より授業を再開します。授業の受講や履修手続に必要な情報を以下のとおりお知らせします。\
1 授業の再開と受講時の確認事項
授業の実施方法と時間割・教室
対面授業だけでなく、オンライン授業についても受講環境の整備を進めています。各授業の実施方法は、担当教員から臨時Moodleのアナウンスメント等でお知らせします。
自身の時間割・教室は、臨時Moodleで確認してください。教室変更も確認できますので、授業前に最新の情報を確認してください。
教務日程
教務日程（英語版はこちら）を更新しました。授業実施日、補講日等が変更になっていますので、ご確認をお願いします。
なお、10月12日（月・祝）の授業は月曜日の授業として、予定どおり実施します。
出席登録
10月9日（金）から、OMU＋（大学アプリ）でQRコードによる出席登録を利用できます。学生証をタッチする固定型出席登録端末は利用できません。
2 臨時Moodleの利用について
臨時Moodle https://lms.omu.moe/
当面、授業・履修に関する情報は、臨時Moodleで確認してください。臨時Moodleには、9月30日時点の履修情報を登録しています。9月30日以降の履修変更は、下記「4 授業開始後の日程 」＞「履修修正」をご確認ください。
担当教員からの連絡やメッセージも、臨時Moodleで確認してください。メッセージはメールで通知されませんので、臨時Moodleにアクセスして直接確認してください。

履修修正
履修科目の追加・削除は、学務情報システムで検索・確認し、formsで申請できます。
申請後の反映は10月15日（木）に臨時Moodleで登録状況を確認してください。
総合教養科目2次申請
対象科目・申請方法等の詳細は、10月13日（火）に臨時学生Naviでお知らせします。学務情報システムからアクセスできるFormsで1人につき対象科目から1科目を申請してください。2科目以上の申請を希望する場合は、所属部局に相談してください。
申請者が多い場合は、落選することがあります。結果は10月16日（金）以降に臨時Moodleで確認してください。
いずれの手続も、締切直前の申請を避け、時間に余裕をもって申請してください。

5 合理的配慮が必要な学生のみなさんへ
9月30日時点の履修データをもとに、10月下旬に合理的配慮依頼書を担当教員へ送付する予定です。依頼書の送付前に配慮内容の連絡・調整が必要な場合は、担当教員へ個別に相談してください。
新たなサポートが必要になった場合や、担当教員との連絡・調整に困っている場合は、臨時デジタル窓口等で相談してください。

Resumption of Classes and Class Registration Procedures
We recognize that the recent system outage has caused significant inconvenience and concern, including class cancellations and the suspension of various university systems.
Classes will resume on Friday, October 9. Information regarding class attendance and class registration procedures is provided below.\
1. Class Resumption and Attendance Information
Class Format, Schedule, and Classroom Information
We are working to restore not only face-to-face classes but also the environment necessary to support online classes. The format of each class will be announced by the instructor through Temporary Moodle (臨時(りんじ)Moodle) and other available channels.
Please check Temporary Moodle (臨時(りんじ)Moodle) for information regarding your class schedule and classroom assignments. Any classroom changes will also be announced there, so please review the latest information before attending class.
Academic Calendar
The academic calendar has been revised. As class days, make-up class days, and other academic schedules have changed, please review the updated calendar carefully.
Please note that Monday classes will be held as scheduled on Monday, October 12 (Holiday).
Attendance Registration
Beginning Friday, October 9, attendance registration through QR code check-in will be available via OMU+.
Please note that attendance terminals requiring students to tap their student ID cards will not be available.

For the time being, please use Temporary Moodle (臨時(りんじ)Moodle) to access information related to class and registration. Class registration information as of September 30 is available on Temporary Moodle (臨時(りんじ)Moodle). For registration changes made after September 30, please refer to “Class Registration Modifications (履修(りしゅう)修正(しゅうせい))” in Section 4, “Schedule Following the Resumption of Classes,” below.
Please also check Temporary Moodle (臨時(りんじ)Moodle) for announcements and messages from instructors. Messages will not be sent by email, so please access Temporary Moodle (臨時(りんじ)Moodle) directly to view them.

3 Information Resources and Access Links

Class Registration Modifications (履修(りしゅう)修正(しゅうせい))
Students may add or drop courses by reviewing course information through the Academic Information System (学務(がくむ)情報(じょうほう)システム) and submitting the required form.
After submitting the form, please check your registration status on Temporary Moodle (臨時(りんじ)Moodle) on Thursday, October 15.
2nd Application for General Education Courses (総合(そうごう)教養(きょうよう)科目(かもく)2次(じ)申請(しんせい))
Details regarding eligible classes and application procedures will be announced on Tuesday, October 13 through Temporary Student Navi (臨時(りんじ)学生(がくせい)Navi). Please apply for one eligible class through the application form accessible via the Academic Information System (学務(がくむ)情報(じょうほう)システム).
If you wish to apply for more than one course, please consult your school or graduate school office.
If the number of applications exceeds available capacity, not all applicants may be selected. Application results will be available on Temporary Moodle (臨時(りんじ)Moodle) beginning Friday, October 16.
Please allow sufficient time to complete all required procedures before the deadline.
(Additional details regarding Class Registration Modifications (履修(りしゅう)修正(しゅうせい)) and the 2nd Application for General Education Courses (総合(そうごう)教養(きょうよう)科目(かもく)2次(じ)申請(しんせい)) will be provided through Temporary Student Navi.)
5 Students Requiring Reasonable Accommodations (合理的(ごうりてき)配慮(はいりょ))
Based on class registration information as of September 30, reasonable accommodation request forms (合理的(ごうりてき)配慮(はいりょ)依頼書(いらいしょ)) are scheduled to be shared with instructors later in October. If accommodation arrangements need to be discussed before that time, please contact your instructors directly.
Students who require new accommodations or who encounter difficulties communicating with instructors should seek assistance through the Temporary Digital Service Desk (臨時(りんじ)デジタル窓口(まどぐち)) or other available support channels.
